Every tavern has a tale
Tall Tales Tavern started with a simple idea: the best ESO knowledge and the best stories both happen the same way — someone figures something out, then pulls up a chair and shares it. This channel is that chair.
Why this exists
The thesis
Break the boring mold
The internet has a thousand dry “here's my build, use it” channels. We wrap real value in entertainment — character-driven comedy where a chaotic crew turns gaming into stories worth retelling.
An open lane
ESO has build channels and commentary aplenty, but nobody runs a scripted, in-character troupe. That persona-plus-troupe format scaled to millions in other games — we're bringing it to Tamriel.
Game-agnostic by design
A tavern hosts tales from any world. We start in ESO, but the brand, the cast, and the format travel to any game — no rebrand required. The tagline carries no game name on purpose.
What you'll find here
Half the tavern is for Elder Scrolls Online — builds, leveling, gold, and getting into group content without the stress. The other half is the studio, home to the cast of Mead & Mayhem and the stories we tell together.
It's marketing and a manual at once: come for a video, leave with something you can do yourself.
Guides you can actually use
No 40-minute videos to learn one thing. I get to the point, show the build, and explain the why.
Built in the open
I build things and show the whole process — the wins, the failures, and exactly how it was done.
A welcoming table
Beginner or veteran, adventurer or engineer — there's a seat here and no gatekeeping.
What we make
Three content pillars
Every pillar runs through the cast. Familiar value, unfamiliar delivery — that's the whole trick.
Tavern Tales
In-character skits and misadventures, recounted back at the tavern. The thing nobody else makes — so we lead with it.
Gameplay, In Character
PvP, dungeons, and chaos — but it's characters losing their minds, not a silent highlight reel. Personality over montage.
Guides, But Funny
Real, usable builds and tips, delivered with total misplaced confidence. The value of a guide, minus the boredom.
Come for the tales, stay for the company
The mead's metaphorical, but the welcome is real. Subscribe and pull up a chair.
